The CSD Tan Network is a monthly membership that is automatically billed to a credit or debit card on the first of every month.

It is an agreement that allows California Sun-Daze, Ltd. to charge your credit or debit card each month for a monthly fee that entitles you to the use of our Sunless Spray Tan Booth (limited to 2 times a week).

$44.99 a month (that's $1.49 a day)! You will be charged a onetime startup fee of $39.99 upon signing of agreement.

You can sign up at any time! Your monthly membership will be prorated for the month that you start your CSD Tan Network membership. For example, if you start on the 11th, you will be charged $16.49.

You may freeze your membership for up to 3 consecutive months out of a 12 month cycle for $5.00. You must come into the store and fill out a suspension form before the 20th of the month in order to suspend effectively for the following month. You may unfreeze your membership at any time by paying a prorated fee for the remainder of the month.

You may cancel after having your membership for 3 months. You must come into the store and fill out a cancellation form before the 20th of the month in order to cancel effectively for the following month

It is an agreement that allows California Sun-Daze, Ltd. to charge your credit or debit card each month for a monthly fee that entitles you to unlimited tanning in all UV Tan Equipment plus the use of our Sunless Spray Tan Booth (limited to 2 times a week).

$59.99 (that's $1.99 a day) plus 10% excise tax for a total of $65.99 a month! You will be charged a onetime startup fee of $39.99 upon signing of agreement.
